At Yello we believe in delivering both qualitative and quantitative results to our clients and we go about achieving this through a phased, well-calculated process consisting of four distinct phases.

Diagnostic Study: The first step towards finding a solution or enhancement is to identify the problems or pain points in an organization.

Identify Knowledge gap: Once the key areas are identified, we aim to gain deeper knowledge ad insights to determine where our clients are currently, and where they’d like to be in terms of the problem area.

Issue prioritization: The next step is to take cognizance of your organization’s priorities and limitations – whether they be time constraints or logistical hurdles, for each program we wish to undertake.

2 Planning & Program Development

Once we accumulate data from the pre-analysis phase, we set about formulating the Training Design Document which outlines the steps we wish to take during the course to bridge the gaps identified.

4 Post-analysis

Reviewing the results and measuring the impact of the delivered training programs is one of the most critical steps in the Yello process to help our clients achieve their intended goals. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the pre and post program observations is conducted, shared with our clients post which we welcome feedback or initiate follow-ups and re-orientations if required.

The next step, once the Training Design Document is found to be satisfactory in terms of our client’s requirements and constraints, we proceed with the delivery of the training program on ground through our rigorously selected group of facilitators to maximize the impact of the results we wish to achieve.
